Position Title: In-Store Sales Manager

Securitek is looking for a dynamic and results-driven In-Store Sales Manager based in Ormonde to lead our retail team. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, oversee store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement innovative marketing strategies to maximize brand visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and motivate the in-store sales team to achieve sales targets.
· Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer experience.
· Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to boost revenue.
· Manage staff training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
· Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Monitor sales performance and analyze trends.
· Collaborate with marketing for in-store promotions and campaigns.
· Ensure strong merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
· Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
· • Proven experience in retail management, sales, preferably in security technology or electronics.
· • Strong leadership, Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
· • Track record of achieving sales targets.
· • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· • Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising.
· • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems and Email
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Experience with visual merchandising and store layout optimization
- Applicants must reside in Ormonde or surrounding areas (or within a reasonable commuting distance).
- Must have, or be able to arrange, reliable transport to and from work.
