A leading manufacturing company located in Johannesburg seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to join their HR Team. This position reports to the HR Director and manages a team of industrial relation officers.
The incumbent will take full responsibility for optimizing the organizations employee relations strategy and operational execution to ensure full legal compliance with all relevant SA Labour Law Legislation, dispute resolution mechanisms, negotiations, case management, CCMA hearings etc. and thereby fostering heathy trade union and employee business relationships.
