You will manage brand campaigns, conduct market research, and confirm consistency across all channels.

Role Purpose
The Industry Driver will play a pivotal role in supporting the PwC Africa Private Leader to build and strengthen PwC’s market position as the leading advisor to private and family businesses across Africa. This role requires a commercially astute individual with entrepreneurial flair, deep business acumen, and a passion for thought leadership and market activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Enablement
Support the execution of the Africa Private Strategy , ensuring alignment with PwC’s Owner’s Agenda and PwC Global Private Market priorities .
Drive adoption of the Private brand messaging and support regional market area integration.
Market Activation
Collaborate with Partners and Market Area Leaders to identify and pursue growth opportunities, including Priority Accounts and Family Business Consulting initiatives.
Thought Leadership & Content Development
Develop and curate Africa-relevant thought leadership content in collaboration with the Branding & Marketing team.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across East, West, and South Market Areas.
Act as a connector between the PwC Africa Private Leader and key influencers, clients, and internal teams.
Operational Support
Provide strategic and operational support to the PwC Africa Private Leader, including preparation for leadership forums, client engagements, and internal communications.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong commercial and business acumen with an understanding of private and family business dynamics.
Excellent communication and management skills.
Ability to work across diverse geographies and cultures.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Ability to put strategic documents together with a key attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
Experience working across multiple African markets.
Familiarity with PwC’s Private strategy and Owner’s Agenda is a plus.
