Key Responsibilities: Estimate & Quote: Accurately assess print job specifications and provide timely, competitive quotes. Sales & Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Order Management: Oversee the process from initial inquiry through to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality results.
Collaboration: Work closely with our production team to ensure all projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications: Proven experience in print estimating or internal sales, ideally within the print or graphics industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in print production processes and estimating software is a plus.
