Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, and senior staff members.
Manage existing customers and grow portfolio through policy changes and renewals.
Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
Maintenance of expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedure, processing and timelines.
Maximise business portfolio cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data.
Seek out regular performance feedback and put actions in place to improve and enhance performance.
Identify activities to address own development gaps
Create own personal development plan and review plan with team leader or manager.
Keep abreast of learning opportunities, changing products and trends.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
have obtained a DOFA statement – dated not longer than 3 months
obtained a Finance related qualifications completed
have Product specific training
RE5 Certificate completed
Certificates for CPD hours completed, for the 3 year cycle
Sales Broker/Underwriting experience with a Commercial Sales environment
