Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and IT-based security systems
- Troubleshoot and repair
- Conduct system upgrades and ensure software/firmware is up to date
- Respond to service calls and provide technical support to clients
- Ensure all installations meet company and PSIRA standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CCTV, IT networks, and security systems
- Knowledge of popular CCTV Software's
- Experience with Patriot and IVMS software
- Understanding of IP networks, switches, routers, and cabling
- PSIRA registration preferred
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability
