Responsibilities:
· Managing daily IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, applications, and end-user devices.
· Overseeing IT projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
· Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient technology use.
· Managing relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless integration of third-party solutions.
· Training, and supervising IT personnel.
· Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure, data, and systems.
Essential Skills
· Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, servers, applications, and security protocols.
· Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
· Excellent communication skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and vendors.
· M365 Management
· Fortigate Firewall management and VPN knowledge
· Installation and Maintenance of CCTV cameras and IP cameras. Dahua / Hikvision.
· Knowledge of Veeam and Cove Backup systems
· Sage 50C Pastel Partner Knowledge
· Installation and setup of Ubiquiti Wireless links
· Knowledge of IP addresses and Networks
· IT qualification or relevant experience required.
· A+ and N+ minimum requirement
