Job Description

Installation and Configuration
- Setting up new hardware and software, configuring systems, and ensuring proper network connectivity.

Troubleshooting and Repair
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems, including repairing or replacing faulty components.

Technical Support
- Providing assistance to users with computer-related issues, offering guidance and solutions via phone, remote access, or in-person support.

System Maintenance
- Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as software updates, to ensure optimal performance and security.

Inventory Management
- Tracking and managing IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.

Documentation
- Maintaining accurate records of hardware and software inventories, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.

Relevant professional experience
- Previous experience in a similar IT support or technician role is highly desirable.

- A+ and N+, or a related field is often preferred.
