We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will assist in managing internal processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth client interactions.

- Support team coordination, assist in scheduling, and help resolve minor personnel issues to maintain a productive work environment.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, track KPIs, and present findings to senior management for decision-making.
- Assist in maintaining client relationships, ensuring timely communication, and resolving operational issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with departments to align operational goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Monitor resource allocation to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Support the planning and execution of operational projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

- National Senior Certificate (NSC) / Grade 12 – Required.

- Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools).
- Exposure to client-facing roles or stakeholder coordination is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Additional certifications in project management or operations (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
