Are you passionate about technology? Do you enjoy solving computer problems or helping others with their tech issues? We’re recruiting Durban-based youth (ages 18–29) for an accredited 12-month IT Technical Support Learnership (SAQA ID 78964).
What You’ll Learn:
Gain real-world IT support skills, including diagnosing and fixing computer and network issues, setting up office IT equipment like printers, routers, and laptops, and delivering excellent customer service in a tech environment.
You Will Benefit From:
A monthly stipend while you train, practical workplace experience, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification in IT Technical Support.
Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizens aged 18 to 29
- Based in Durban
- Matric certificate (with English and Mathematical Literacy)
- Not currently studying or enrolled in another learnership
- Passion for IT and willingness to learn
