Job Description
To drive behavioural insights to inform the design of behaviour change interventions (i.e. nudges) that shape customer behaviour in a way that generates commercial value to BCB AR & OFFSHORE.
To drive research and preparation of economic analytics with appropriate recommendations for consideration by line management that will serve to generate commercially valuable business insights to Segment, Business Solutions and Regional stakeholders across BCB AR & OFFSHORE.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Masters Degree
Field of Study: Economics or Business Commerce
Experience Required
- 5 - 7 years experience in Customer Insights and Analytics
- Previous experience in customer, market and economic research. Industry and Economics Research within corporate banking. Macroeconomics research. Able to highlight exceptions and recommendations based on economic and behavioural analytics, for consideration and further consumption.
