Job Description
To provide appropriate support, advice and guidance pertaining to infrastructure optimisation for the allocated regions within a province for the fulfilment of their daily operational needs as well as manage infrastructure requirements and co- ordinate projects.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
Education: National Diploma or Degree in Business or Commercial field
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years in Personal and Private Banking sector
- Extensive experience in a service and operational role
- Comprehensive working knowledge of branch operational requirements from both branch and client perspectives
Critical Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes
- Proven track record in infrastructure optimisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
