About the Role
We are recruiting a Market Research Specialist to design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research for the Company's Growth Phase Plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and administer surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and environmental scanning.
- Analyse customer demand, market trends, and stakeholder perceptions.
- Contribute insights to the prioritisation of growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in market and consumer research, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Research, Economics, or related field

Pay: R10 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
