Description
We’re looking for a results-driven Online Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team and support the growth of 10bet’s online gambling and sports betting brands. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels, with a strong focus on mobile app marketing and MMP tracking platforms.
You’ll report directly to the VP of Digital Marketing and work closely with other performance, product, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and optimized for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, DSPs, ad networks, and affiliate platforms.
- Manage daily budgets, bids, pacing, and creative testing to meet KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV).
- Operate across major MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer,) to manage attribution, deep linking, and data tracking.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with design, product, and analytics teams to align creatives, funnels, and targeting with growth goals.
- Identify and test new traffic sources, media partners, and campaign strategies.
- Stay current with trends in mobile UA, tracking changes (e.g., SKAN), and competitor strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer / UA Manager in mobile marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data platforms, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver ROI-positive campaigns.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the online gambling or sports betting industry – big advantage.
