Are you passionate about transforming spaces into high-impact advertising opportunities? Join our dynamic team as an OOH Media Site Development Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of out-of-home media across South Africa.
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven individual to lead the identification, acquisition, and development of premium sites for billboards, digital displays, transit ads, and other OOH formats. You'll manage end-to-end development from scouting locations to securing permits and ensuring compliance while collaborating with multiple stakeholders including property owners, municipalities, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate high-visibility sites for OOH advertising.
- Negotiate leases and purchase agreements with landowners.
- Conduct zoning research and secure required permits.
- Oversee installation and development projects from concept to completion.
- Monitor and maintain existing sites, exploring opportunities for digital upgrades.
- Liaise with sales and marketing to ensure site alignment with campaign demand.
- Stay ahead of trends in DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) media and consumer behavior

Education

- National Diploma or Relevant Bachelor's Degree - Ideal
Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in real estate, site acquisition, or project management— in the OOH industry.
- Experience with OOH media formats such as billboards, digital billboards, transit ads, and other outdoor advertising
- Deep understanding of zoning laws, site feasibility, and permitting.
- Experience with digital signage technology and infrastructure.
- Background in sustainable site development.
- Knowledge of real estate law and contract negotiation
