Are you currently not working and looking for a temporary, flexible role where you can contribute your skills and make a difference?
A7Health is looking for a reliable and compassionate Adhoc receptionist who is available from time to time to step in and assist when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who is not currently employed and would like to remain active in the workplace on an on-call basis.
What You’ll Do (When Called Upon):
- Provide occasional administrative support to the clinic team
- Help with scheduling patient appointments and managing calendars
- Assist with communication between patients and healthcare providers
- Support with maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during your shifts
- Assist in managing clinic supplies and equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone currently not employed, with flexible availability
- Strong administrative and organizational skills (experience in healthcare is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
- Comfortable using office software and scheduling tools
- Previous experience in a medical office is helpful but not essential

Job Type: Temporary
Pay: R400,00 - R500,00 per day
