Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities for The CRM Team products and services (Microsoft).
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the industry
- Build and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead generation and new business acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions to clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth.
- Keep abreast of Microsoft product updates and new releases.
- Provide regular reporting and updates on sales pipeline and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
- Grade 12/ matric (Essential)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Consultative Selling, Ability to uncover client pain points and align Dynamics 365 capabilities to solve them. This includes tailoring demos and proposals to specific industries or business models.
