The moderation agent ensures any inaccurate information is rejected or repaired in line with Auto Traders’ strict quality standards. The moderation agent constantly seeks innovative ways to improve the customer experience on the AutoTrader website, whilst actively living the corporate value system.
Responsibilities - General
- Escalate and resolve queries within a defined service level agreement (SLA)
- Comprehensive knowledge across multiple internal and external facing systems and products:
- Review, escalate and correct the following site content areas
- Performance analysis of customer profiles and high-risk customers are identified.
- Service assistance to Onboarding when required (off site visits & stock loading)
- Scrutiny: Rejecting suspected fraudulent adverts and repairing of low-quality private listings
- Ensure all strategic ad hoc campaigns are understood and delivered on within agreed specs.
- Reporting on weekly and monthly tasks and the performance of these tasks
- Ensure all VINS are verified to correct data standards and escalated when unable to verify a VIN via the VIN verification process.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric/ Grade 12
