NTT Volkswagen Stellenbosch is looking for a dynamic individual to join our dealership and manage 4 vehicle sales executives. Applicants must have dealership sales management experience, with the ability to work independently, handle pressure and meet targets.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets, as set by VWSA on a monthly basis.
- Achieve the Gross and Net Profit objectives as agreed by NTT Group.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded.
- Active marketing.
- Stock management.
- Carry out market and competitor analyses, setting target parameters.
- Monitoring and reporting on individual - and team sales performance.
- Supporting new car sales executives to meet their targets.
- Identify training and development needs and opportunities for staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Volkswagen sales or sales management in a motor dealership.
- Must be able to present a business plan on how to drive activity levels in the new vehicle department.
- Must have good product knowledge of the Volkswagen Passenger and Commercial Brand.
- Proven track record of leading a team to exceed new car sales targets.
- Talented communicator and motivator with natural authority, a confident manner, and a highly performance-oriented approach.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff.
Drivers license
Clear criminal record
Grade 12 or higher qualification
