The Omnichannel Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. This role ensures a seamless customer experience, consistent brand messaging, and measurable impact across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cross-channel integration and customer engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform campaign direction.
Campaign Execution & Management
- Plan, launch, and monitor campaigns across email, social media, web, paid ads, SMS, and offline channels.
- Coordinate messaging and creative assets across platforms for consistency.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and customer insights.
Customer Experience & Engagement
- Map and analyze customer journeys to deliver personalized experiences.
- Segment audiences and tailor messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Work closely with sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency at every touchpoint.
Data & Analytics
- Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, social insights, etc.) to measure success.
Content & Messaging
- Manage content creation for blogs, newsletters, social media, and digital ads.
- Ensure content is optimized for different channels while maintaining brand voice.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance messaging effectiveness.
Technology & Tools
- Manage marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Oversee integrations across platforms to streamline campaigns.
- Stay updated on new marketing technologies and trends.
- Creating websites and campaigns for different companies.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and traditional marketing channels.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills across departments and external vendors.
- Good communicator
- Knowledge of building Whatsapp API for clients and managing it
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field will be advantageous.
- 3+ years of experience in digital or omnichannel marketing.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Proven track record of managing successful cross-channel campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising is an added advantage.
- Able to work with Canva and other designing software.
