Plan and coordinate the company’s strategic execution plans by working with various departments to identify key projects, tasks, and KPIs.
Monitor the implementation of company strategies through regular reviews and evaluations; identify issues and risks and organize analysis and improvement plans.
Manage company performance planning, including the signing, delegation, breakdown, monitoring, and evaluation of organizational performance indicators.
Oversee the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of annual key tasks and business plans; support business objectives through risk identification and corrective action.
Act as the functional liaison with China headquarters on matters related to confidentiality, discipline inspection, HR, operations, and safety—ensuring effective communication, implementation, and reporting of related tasks.
Manage high-level company meetings including protocols, preparation, coordination, execution, and maintenance of meeting records and materials.
Organize and supervise the follow-up of key company decisions and leadership priorities to ensure proper execution.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by company leadership.
Minimum Requirements :
College/ bachelor’s degree in business administration, automotive sales, or any other related field.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
Min 3 years' experience in similar role in Chinese enterprise advantageous.
