Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP GRC Consultant responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering high-quality results and ensuring SAP GRC solutions align with business objectives. This role requires hands-on experience with SAP GRC modules and a deep understanding of security, compliance, and risk management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a client-facing lead, managing relationships and acting as the primary point of contact.
Understand client GRC requirements and develop tailored SAP GRC solutions.
Design, implement, and configure SAP GRC modules including:
Access Control
Risk Management
Compliance Management
Customize SAP GRC functionalities to meet specific client needs.
Deliver expert guidance on SAP security approaches, governance frameworks, and compliance policies.
Lead the development and testing of SAP authorization profiles.
Conduct and review SAP GRC Access Controls modules and perform comprehensive security reviews.
Analyze reports generated by SAP GRC Access Control and provide actionable recommendations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and a knowledge base.
Provide training and post-implementation support to clients.
Stay current with emerging SAP GRC technologies, features, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal and cross-functional project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in SAP GRC implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, EAM, BRM, and ARM).
Experience conducting risk assessments and managing compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
SAP GRC certification (preferred but not required).
Desirable Skills:

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
