Role Overview
We are seeking a consultative and relationship-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business, building long-term client relationships, and positioning RemoTeams as a strategic partner for global staffing solutions.
The ideal candidate has experience in staffing/outsourcing sales, lead generation, and customer service, with strong skills in cold emailing and outbound prospecting. Familiarity with sales tools like Zazu, Clay, and HubSpot is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and source leads using Clay, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Cold Outreach: Craft and send effective cold emails through Zazu, with follow-up via LinkedIn and calls.
- Consultative Sales: Understand client challenges and propose tailored offshore staffing solutions.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Manage pipeline, deals, and reporting in HubSpot.
- Customer Service Mindset: Provide an excellent experience for prospects and ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success post-close.
- Account Growth: Build long-term partnerships and expand accounts with additional staffing needs.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on outsourcing/staffing trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in staffing, outsourcing, BPO, or recruitment sales.
- Proven ability in cold emailing, outbound prospecting, and lead generation.
- Background in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with Zazu (cold email outbound), Clay (lead sourcing), and HubSpot (CRM/deal management) is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Based in South Africa (preferred), with a reliable internet connection for remote work.

Work Hours & Compensation
- Schedule: ~20 hours/week, fully remote, aligned to US Central Time
- Base Pay: $650–$800/month (part-time)
- Commission: $300–$500 per new client (after 60 days)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $1.6k–$3k+/month at mid-to-high performance
