Our Dealership in Helderberg has a vacancy for a Parts Sales Manager.
Responsibilities, not limited to:
1. Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
2. Monitoring the current parts inventory
3. Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labelling them
4. Overseeing special orders
5. Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
6. Hiring, supervising and training parts department staff members
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in the same role (min 4 – 5 years)
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Above average computer skills (Evolve & IAL preferred packages, but not essential)
4. Attention to detail
5. Mathematical skills to manage inventory issues
6. Previous mechanic or car sales experience
7. Leadership skills to keep the parts department running smoothly
