As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing strategy, managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise will help us reach our target audience, maximize ROI, and contribute to the overall growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and others.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective paid media strategies aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Optimisation: Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to improve performance, including A/B testing, bid management, and audience segmentation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and SEO teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and digital marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Excellent understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, and other advertising metrics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad copy and visuals.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus. Attributes:
