You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Valuation & Business Modelling (V&BM) Partners. This is a dynamic, office-based role in Midrand, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys enabling others to perform at their best.
About the Role

As a Personal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across client interactions, team coordination, financial administration, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide full administrative and office support to V&BM Partners.
Manage sensitive and complex issues professionally and confidentially.
Represent Partners when required and take initiative in their absence.
Coordinate diaries and travel logistics (local and international), including airport shuttles and venue directions.
Handle financial administration: invoicing, WIP analysis, inter-territory billing, timesheets, and expenses.
Manage occasional correspondence on behalf of Partners.
Organise internal staff functions, client events, conferences, and seminars.
Take minutes during meetings and manage diary scheduling.
Support project and proposal administration, including file uploads to project databases and formatting.
Qualifications
Secretarial Diploma or Certificate.
Experience & Skills
5–8 years’ experience supporting multiple Directors and large teams in a similar environment.
Strong focus on finance-related administrative functions.
Strong communication skills
High proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with Oracle (advantageous).
Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Efficient, self-motivated, organised and proactive
Being able to work within a team environment.
Location
This is an office-bound position, based at our Midrand offices.
