About the Opportunity:
Crew Life At Sea is currently recruiting Physiotherapists on behalf of a leading cruise line partner. This rewarding role provides therapeutic care and rehabilitation services to both guests and crew, supporting recovery from injuries, managing chronic conditions, and promoting overall wellness. Working as part of the onboard medical team, the Physiotherapist will deliver high-quality treatments in a multicultural, dynamic environment at sea.
All placements are made directly with the cruise line Crew Life At Sea does not charge any recruitment or placement fees.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide physiotherapy treatments to guests and crew for a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and post-surgical rehabilitation
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with shipboard doctors and nurses
- Support crew health by delivering preventive care programs to reduce workplace-related injuries
- Operate physiotherapy equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment reports
- Educate patients on exercise, posture, and injury prevention techniques
- Participate in health promotion and wellness activities onboard
- Assist in emergency response situations as part of the ships medical team
- Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols

Who Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- Licensed/registered Physiotherapist with valid certification to practice
- 3 - 5 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, preferably in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or sports medicine clinics, managing sports teams.
- Experience with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions; sports injury management a plus
- Familiarity with exercise prescription, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently
