Planning:
- Planning of spot plans on Transmit.
- Planning tracks and providing updates on all CPP/ROS deals.
- Evaluating, comparing and providing target market alternatives to clients.
- Evaluating and analysing overnight ratings with the specific objectives and accurately forecast future audience ratings.
- Providing accurate post campaigns, analyses for clients and offering accurate feedback on performance.
- Providing the Marketing Intelligence team with information regarding CPP deals, needed for negotiations and reviews.
- Providing rate setting committee with relevant planning and package information.
- Assisting with the analysis of programmes, relevant to planning.
Marketing:
- Being proactive in initiating, conceptualising and presenting proposals relevant to clients advertising objectives.
- Attending external SAARF and TAMS meeting to keep abreast of what is happening in the industry.
Budget Compliance:
- Comply with work rules, standards and methods. Take care to minimise waste.
Qualifications:
- National Senior Certificate - Essential
- Diploma - Media Studies - Essential
Experience:
- Media - Operational - 3 years - Essential
Competencies:
- Driver's License - Code B; Motor vehicle license - Recommended
Technology Proficiency:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Intermediate
