What does a Producer do at Hogarth?
The Producer at Hogarth plays a crucial role in the efficient and high-quality delivery of creative content across various media channels. Working closely with client teams, creative agencies, and internal Hogarth specialists (e.g., Retouching, CGI, Video Editing, Transcreation, Print Production), you will manage the end-to-end production lifecycle for a diverse range of projects. This role requires a proactive, organized, and adaptable individual with a strong understanding of production workflows, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role is specifically assigned to Creative Adaptation & Versioning work for EMEA markets. Working across assets for multiple platforms – TV, Cinema, Online, Social & DOOH.

Requirements
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple production projects simultaneously from brief to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, workback schedules, and production plans.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or roadblocks, escalating issues to Senior Producers/Executive Producers as needed.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal client service teams and external agency partners regarding project status, requirements, and deliverables.
- Facilitate clear and concise communication between all project stakeholders, including creative teams, production specialists, and account managers.
- Manage client expectations effectively and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Resource & Budget Management:
- Work with Senior Producers to develop accurate project estimates and manage budgets throughout the production cycle.
- Track project costs, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and flagging any potential overruns.
- Allocate and manage internal and external resources (e.g., freelancers, vendors) efficiently to meet project demands.
- Negotiate with external suppliers and vendors to secure competitive rates and ensure quality service.
- Workflow & Quality Control:
- Ownership of the end to end process of projects; briefing, asset QC and management, instigating meetings with stakeholders, providing quotes and cost updates, booking of correct resource, managing feedback and approval and oversight of on-time delivery.
- Conduct quality control checks at various stages of production to ensure deliverables meet creative brief, brand guidelines, and technical specifications.
- Facilitate feedback loops and ensure revisions are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Technical Understanding:
- Maintain a solid understanding of various production techniques and technologies relevant to different media (e.g., print, digital, video, OOH, social).
- Be comfortable discussing technical requirements and limitations with specialists and clients.
- Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify and resolve production challenges, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a production role within an advertising agency, production company, or in-house marketing department, with a strong focus on content production (e.g., print, digital, video, transcreation).
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is a plus, for understanding workflows rather than hands-on design.
- Strong understanding of file formats, digital asset management (DAM) systems, and content delivery methods.
- Core Competencies:
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage complex information.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
