Role overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the growth and day-to-day operations of The Forum Unboxed. This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for a dynamic, self-motivated professional with a strong retail operations background, a flair for events, and a passion for exceptional service and brand development.
The successful candidate will work closely with our operations, sales, and culinary teams to drive the success of this new division, while being comfortable rolling up their sleeves and jumping into broader aspects of the business as needed.
Key responsibilities
Drive and manage all aspects of The Forum Unboxed operations from order to delivery
Oversee retail-style production schedules, quality control, stock levels, and packaging standards
Work collaboratively with the kitchen, logistics, and design teams to ensure seamless execution
Assist in developing and refining SOPs and operational efficiencies as the brand grows
Manage client communications and build strong, trusted relationships with repeat and new customers
Support sales initiatives, pitch new opportunities, and contribute to marketing ideation
Analyse data and performance to recommend improvements and identify growth opportunities
Maintain accurate reporting and budgeting oversight in collaboration with finance and GM
Assist with broader Forum responsibilities during peak times or special projects
REQUIREMENTS
3–5 years’ experience in a project or operations management role
Strong background in retail, e-commerce, or packaged food service environments
Experience in events, hospitality, or high-end customer service essential
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
Highly organised with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – client-facing experience essential
Technical proficiency in project management, POS, e-commerce platforms is a plus
Ability to adapt in a growing, fast-paced environment and contribute across departments
