Job purpose:
Manage the property portfolio of Atlas Finance by analyzing trading densities, profit ratios and ideal margins, and benchmarks each aspect against industry norms.
Key Accountable Responsibilities:
- Conducts lease negotiations, in liaison with Atlas legal
- Tracks and manages lease renewals and negotiates most favorable
- lease agreement terms and conditions
- In-depth understanding of Atlas strategies and customer profile to ensure fit for purpose Atlas-specific site selection
- Branch visitations nationally to enable landlord engagement and the full execution of all duties
Competency and qualification requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Generic Management (NQF L6/NQF L7)
- Grade 12
- 3 years’ experience in lease and related legal administration
- Good negotiating and management skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer literacy at an advanced level
