Direct Independent Brokers is seeking a Quality Assessor to join our dynamic team in the Insurance Sales division. If you have a passion for quality assurance and customer service and a sharp eye and ear for detail and accuracy, we want to hear from you!
Essential Requirements:
- Completed National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Clear criminal record
- FAIS Fit and Proper status (advantageous)
- Industry-related qualifications (advantageous)
- Previous Call Centre, QA, or Insurance experience is highly advantageous
- Fluency in Xhosa, Sotho, Tswana, Zulu is highly advantageous (the more, the better!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong skills in MS Excel
- Strong administrative and computer abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate sales agents' call recordings to ensure quality and compliance
- Log QA results on various platforms and spreadsheets
- Provide quality feedback to the QA Manager regarding calls or agent performance
- Perform accurate data capturing and system transfers
- Conduct coaching sessions with agents when necessary
- Carry out campaign-specific sales support and administrative duties
Additional Info:
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM – 16:30 PM
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
