Job Title: Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Role Overview:
You’ll be the key link in managing real estate deals from the moment a contract is signed to when the deal is funded. That means keeping transactions on track, solving problems, and making sure everyone involved knows where things stand.
Responsibilities:
- Manage active files from contract to closing
- Track timelines and gather documents
- Communicate with all stakeholders (title, lenders, clients, attorneys)
- Negotiate changes like extensions or pricing updates
- Keep detailed notes and files across tools like Slack, Google Drive, and CRMs
- Report daily on progress and pipeline health
Ideal Candidate:
- Speaks fluent English and handles pressure well
- Has U.S. real estate or escrow experience
- Manages 30+ deals with accuracy
- Uses tech tools efficiently and independently
- Available full-time during Eastern business hours
What You Get:
