Greet and welcome guests and clients with a warm and professional demeanor Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, packages) Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized state Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and appointment scheduling Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth front-office operations Provide general support to the office team as required Requirements: A completed university degree (any discipline) Fluency in spoken and written English A professional appearance and friendly, approachable personality Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and manage time effectively Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: A positive, bubbly attitude and willingness to learn Eagerness to be the face of the company and represent the brand with excellence Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is advantageous, but not required Between 3 - 5 Years
