Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our team. This
internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the
recruitment industry while learning to leverage digital platforms and tools,
including Zoho Recruit and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be passionate
about recruitment, technology-savvy, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist
in sourcing candidates using Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, and other external
platforms.
- Manage
and update the candidate database, ensuring information accuracy and
completeness.
- Screen
and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and communicate with
applicants.
- Coordinate
interviews and manage candidate communication professionally.
- Support
recruitment marketing efforts, including job postings and outreach
campaigns.
- Prepare
reports and recruitment metrics for internal reviews.
- Provide
administrative support to the recruitment team.
- Contribute
ideas to improve Recruitment processes and efficiencies.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Currently
pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field.
- ICT recruitment and talent acquisition is a must
- 1 year Experience in recruitment and Human Resources
- Candidate must reside in Johannesburg
- Familiarity
with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong
organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent
attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
