Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Regional Sales Specialist to drive vehicle sales across a designated region. This role involves building strong relationships with dealerships, corporate clients, and fleet buyers, while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with dealerships, businesses, and government clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales strategies
- Coordinate with marketing and aftersales teams to support regional campaigns
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive or vehicle sales (regional or territory experience preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Matric required; relevant diploma or degree in Sales/Marketing/Business is advantageous
