As the Relationship Consultant you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of digital media campaign strategies, including GMP, social media, SEO, and more, within the Internal Internet Capability.
 

This role requires collaboration across teams and supports internal and/or client partnerships. The Relationship Consultant is involved in day-to-day internal business stakeholder interactions, digital campaign planning, and service delivery, ensuring customer experience excellence aligned with organizational values and service standards.

Are you someone who can:
 

Client Management & Relationship Building:

Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.

• Support the understanding of client needs and objectives to help create tailored digital media strategies.

• Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.

• Help monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Contribute to client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery

Stakeholder Management:

• Support the senior teams to collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data, tech, and AI specialists, to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Participate in regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to review campaign progress and address any issues.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work alongside internal and external creative, strategy, media, digital development and data teams.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams like Digital Marketing, internal sales teams, campaign managers, designers, tech teams.

• Maintain clear communication with all teams, keeping them informed of campaign progress and results.

• Manages project timelines and budgets.

• Stays updated on industry best practices and ensures the team implements effective digital marketing tactics

• Follow the latest trends and best practices in data, tech & AI.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Some experience in digital media campaign planning and execution.

• Basic understanding of GMP, social media, SEO, and other digital marketing channels.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an account management role within digital media.

• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

• Interest in AI and tech-driven campaign strategies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
