The CRM and Reservations Manager is in control of all aspects of client relations and reservations for Jordan Wine Estate. The position requires a candidate with strong organizational skills and broad hospitality background. The candidate is hospitable and attentive with exceptional administrative & typing skills.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Manage and conclude all telephonic, social media and e-mail reservations as well as booking platforms for all hospitality departments at Jordan Wine Estate.
· Assist with making bookings for The Jordan Restaurant.
· Maintain, build, and update customer data into actionable information for employee access and activation.
· Ensure customer retention.
· Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
· Manage daily reservations communication with hospitality managers.
· Support the deployment and administration of email and CRM marketing plans.
· Help analyze customer feedback and comments to maximize sales and retention.
· Manage the allocation of deposits for all bookings.
· Ensure seasonal rates are loaded and correct on RoomRaccoon.
· Assist with loading items with payment links on Dineplan. Ensure events are created on Dineplan.
· Follow-up on payments and dinner plans for all guests & agents.
· Manage Villa bookings accordingly and send out monthly updates on upcoming bookings.
· Ensure folders are updated with most recent menus and communicate to the JLS team accordingly.
· Coordinate additional guest services, such as massages and transfers, in collaboration with trusted external service providers.
· Responsible for the training and development of Reservations Assistants and ensuring that the company standards are consistently maintained.
