Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations, as well as provide strategic direction.
- Be an effective member of the leadership team, driving and delivering on overall performance objectives, such as, but not limited to, sales and profit targets, EBITDA target, guest satisfaction target and employee satisfaction target.
- Responsible for updating and implementing departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
What You Bring:
- 8 years + experience in restaurant general management experience in a luxury environment or similar.
- Previous experience and exposure to setting up a signature restaurant/brand.
- Proven ability to effectively build and foster a team environment
- ·Knowledge on food costs, expense control and a good financial understanding required.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of general restaurant operations.
