General manager required for a busy store in Gateway Shopping mall. As General manager you will responsible for maintaining the restaurants revenue, profitability and excellence Goals. We do fall under corporate, so maintaining our 5 key KPIs plays a major factor in the growth of our restaurants.
- Applicants must have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Traceable reference
- Own transport
- Clean criminal record
Knowledge in Mymicros/ Oricle would be an added advantage.
