Sales & Admin – Security Systems and IT Solutions
Ultimate Cloud Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Sales & Admin Professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in evaluating client security and IT/networking systems, identifying their unique needs, and recommending tailored solutions. This role involves preparing accurate quotations, following up with clients, managing invoicing, and assigning technicians for on-site tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and customized quotations that align with client needs and budgets.
- Follow up on quotations and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery.
- Assign technicians to job sites based on skillset and availability.
- Maintain current knowledge of CCTV, Electric Fencing, Access Control, Intercoms, Alarm Systems, Networking, and general IT/Networking systems.
- Administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CCTV, security systems, and IT/Network systems.
- Strong technical knowledge in Surveillance Systems, Intercoms, Alarms, Electric Fencing, Networking, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in creating clear, accurate reports and quotations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
