We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused sales advisor to join our team in our Malmesbury branch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, meeting sales targets, and helping customers find products that best suit their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s offerings, including new products, promotions, and trends.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for selling.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Retail sales experience is advantageous
