We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and bookings. You’ll work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to promote Marga Travel across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with business goals
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO)
- Create compelling content for ads, newsletters, social media, blogs, and website
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports
- Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and partners as needed
- Assist in organizing promotional events, travel expos, and other brand activations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing (experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus)
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Familiarity with SEO and social media strategy
- Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Passion for travel and understanding of travel industry dynamics
