Job Summary
The Party Sales Assistant is responsible for managing party bookings using Salesforce, assisting with marketing efforts,
and providing exceptional customer service to create thrilling and memorable party experiences. This role requires
comfort with cold calling, handling telesales, and working closely with the team to bring fresh, exciting ideas to life.
Saturday availability is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
- Bookings Management:
o Use Salesforce to manage party bookings, schedules, and customer details.
o Coordinate party availability with park staff and ensure accuracy.
o Assist with booking confirmations, changes, and follow-ups.
- Customer Communication:
o Respond to customer inquiries via ManyChat, email, and phone.
o Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
o Cold call leads to promote party offerings and follow up on inquiries.
• Marketing Support:
o Contribute creative ideas for party themes, packages, and experiences.
o Assist in promoting party offerings through social media and other marketing channels.
o Provide input on campaigns aimed at increasing party bookings.
• Event Coordination:
o Work with park staff to ensure parties are executed seamlessly.
o Support party hosts by sharing ideas and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
• Weekend/Public holiday Work:
o Be available to work public holidays & weekends to support peak party times and customer needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., ManyChat).
- Background in telesales or customer service is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
- Creative thinker with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and handle busy environments.
Desired Qualifications (Advantageous)
- Marketing or event planning experience.
- First Aid certification.
