About the Role: A small company making big waves in the UK property industry is looking for a high-energy, motivated Sales & Business Development Assistant to support one of its fast-growing consultants. Led by a well-known author and property industry influencer, this dynamic team is expanding rapidly and one of its newest consultants now needs a right-hand to help keep the momentum going.
This is a part-time remote role with plenty of opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the business scales. You’ll be helping with everything from lead generation and admin to social engagement and sales coordination, making you an essential part of the consultant’s growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily & Ongoing Business Support:
- Conduct daily morning check-ins across all social platforms
- Manage diaries for yourself and the Consultant
- Confirm all pre-booked appointments and ensure schedules run smoothly
- Call through a warm lead database and get leads booked into the forecast
- Brainstorm and propose new initiatives to help the business stand out and grow
- Use direct messaging on social platforms to: Engage agents unfamiliar with the service and warm up cold leads and encourage booking calls or meetings
Sales, Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
- Join client calls with the Consultant to support and take action points
- Prospect and reach out to new or cold estate agents to introduce services
- Follow up with existing clients to maintain strong relationships and explore upsell opportunities
- Handle inbound client enquiries as needed
- Book calls and manage scheduling to ensure a frictionless client experience
Admin, Tracking & Coordination:
- Onboard new clients, including managing payments and sending DocuSign contracts
- Track and manage client payments, invoicing, and pre-launch requirements
- Schedule and confirm client meetings
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating events such as Mastermind sessions
- Maintain accurate databases, reports, and tracking sheets
- Support cold calling efforts as needed

Experience & Skills:
- Strong administrative or sales support experience
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Zoom, Calendly)
- Experience in real estate or property services is essential
- A go-getter attitude with a strong sense of initiative

Pay: R12 500,00 - R15 000,00 per month
