The Role
We will provide booked sales calls. Your job is to run a consultative sales process, build trust, and close new clients.
- Conduct discovery-led sales conversations (no hard selling).
- Position Drop Growth’s services (multi-channel outreach, content, ads, video) with confidence.
- Record outcomes in CRM and work closely with our team.
- Prepare proposals and manage follow-up communication with prospects.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in consultative or service-based sales.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing such as email, LinkedIn, outbound and content.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Reliability to commit to full-time working hours (remote).
Earnings Potential
- Base pay: ZAR 14,300/month.
- Commission: ZAR 2,400–ZAR 7,100 per sale.
- Realistic monthly earnings: ZAR 14,300 to ZAR 40,000+ depending on performance.
