Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. The Sales Consultant will work closely with customers to understand their needs, offer solutions, and close sales deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities
- Promote and sell products or services to customers
- Demonstrate product knowledge and features to customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals
Qualifications and Skills:
- Matric or NQF level 4 equivalent
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the sales field
