We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Sales Representative - outbound) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to forge good industry related partnerships. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, responsible for face-to-face customer interaction, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be expected to provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, and to work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the sales function. Responsibilities
· Achieve sales targets while maintaining an agreed GP%.
· Implement sales strategies.
· Manage your day-to-day route sheet and call cycle.
· Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
· Identify new business opportunities.
· Ensure customer satisfaction.
· Provide regular reports on sales performance.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
· Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
· Participate in sales meetings and presentations.
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
· Align our marketing strategies into your sales strategy.
· Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement.
· Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
The Ideal candidate must have a background in sales, good excel skills, a functional car with a valid driver’s licence, willing to work overtime as needed, and be flexible in daily duties.
The structure will be determined by experience in the trade. We are open to negotiate.
Salary plus Commission
Fuel Allowance, laptop and cell phone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R1,00 - R15 000,00 per month
Experience:
- Food Industry: 5 years (Preferred)
- Sales Rep: 5 years (Preferred)
