- Drive implementation of Fumani’s 2030 Growth Strategy through effective sales leadership and
execution.
- Ensure monthly and annual achievement of new and used vehicle sales targets across the team.
- Promote adoption of POS systems (Evolve, CMS), SharePoint, and CRM platforms to support
digital transformation.
- Review and approve deal documentation and enforce compliance with Pricing and Costing SOPs.
- Lead regular team review meetings and provide performance coaching and feedback.
- Coordinate participation in promotional activities and compile market intelligence reports.
- Oversee customer experience metrics, including response time, delivery turnaround, and postdelivery
follow-up.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field
(preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle sales with at least 2 years in a managerial or
supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding vehicle sales targets.
- Experience using digital tools such as Evolve, CMS, SharePoint, and CRM systems.
