As part of our talent team in WB Operations - the Sales Validations Manager is responsible for the management of processes and resources that support the business objective in the Corporate and Motor business The incumbent is accountable for business continuity through the implementation of operational plans, the allocation of resources and management of productivity of the teams that report to them
Are you someone who can:
- Implements operational plans
- Promotes diversity within the team
- Ensures continuous process improvement to enable effective operational processes
- Requests budget and controls expenditure
- Compiles and distributes operational reports
- Provides input to Business Continuity Planning
- Ensures compliance to policies and procedures in the Business Unit
- Ensures Cost Management within area of responsibility
- Participates in planned activities that are appropriate for own and staff development
- Ensures customer service solutions are aligned to the operational business plan
- Creates solutions to meet customer demands
- Manages people performance in the area of responsibility
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in leading operational teams, preferably in financial services or automotive finance.
- Proven track record in team performance management, compliance, and process optimization.
Operational Excellence
- Ability to manage high-volume deal validations with precision.
- Strong understanding of QA metrics, rework reduction, and queue management.
- Skilled in compiling and vetting daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Risk & Compliance
- Audit-ready mindset with zero tolerance for non-compliance.
- Experience in fraud detection, policy adherence, and exception reporting.
- Proactive in managing system access and compliance training.
People Leadership
- Strong leadership in staff engagement, training, and performance reviews.
- Effective in leave and capacity planning to maintain service levels.
- Holds team leaders accountable and fosters a culture of documentation and transparency.
Strategic Contribution
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborative approach with Sales and other stakeholders to streamline operations.
- Delivers actionable insights through high-quality reporting.
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in managing system-related issues and coordinating with IT stakeholders.
- Ensures timely access provisioning and compliance for new recruits.
- Maintains oversight of system performance and access reviews.
Culture & Engagement
- Drives reward and recognition programs to boost morale.
- Organizes team-building activities while maintaining business priorities.
- Promotes a positive and energetic work environment, especially during peak periods.
